The service of this hotel Royal jardin is very poor. People who come from outside the state are robbed here, the staff there ask for hotel money from the customers in the middle of the night, which is supposed to be paid the next day.

I will totally recommend this place , it has a marvelous view and also spacious.The food served is also good.And one of the best points is that very few hotels provide milk coffee as an option for breakfast without having to order it separately. Usually there is only tea. (the ones i have been to atleast)Overall very nice

Came to this place with family and felt very satisfied, the place is bit far from Shimla but the location is next the heaven. The morning view from window is amazingly beautiful. Recommended for stay while visiting Shimla for a relaxed vacation

Where is the hotel located & how far is it from Shimla Mall Road?

We are located on the picturesque & most green area of Shimla on the Mashobra Naldehra Golf Course Road at a distance of 14KM from the Shimla Auckland tunnel which is the closest and least congested approach to the Mall Road from the Hotel.

Driving time is roughly 30-45 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

I will reach Shimla early in the morning, what time can I check in?

Our standard check in time is 1.30PM and Check out time is 11.00AM.

We do allow early check in / late check out subject to availability of same category of rooms. However, it may be charged extra if you are reaching more than 3 hours early.

Is Parking Available at the Hotel?

Yes, we do have sufficient free parking available at the Hotel.

However, the parking for chauffeur driven cars / Taxis is separate from the parking for owner driven cars for convenience basis. All guests are expected to direct their drivers to cooperate

Are meals Included as Standard with All Rooms?

We offer rooms with 3 options:-

European Plan:- Room only
Continental Plan:- Room with Buffet Breakfast
Modified American Plan:- Room with Buffet Breakfast & Buffet Dinner

You may however choose to order À la carte as room service or at our in house multi cuisine restaurant or enjoy our reasonably priced buffet available during Breakfast & Dinner.

Is the Hotel Affected by Water Scarcity Problem of Shimla?

We are located in the least crowded area of Shimla i.e Mashobra Naldehra Valley. We have not faced any water problem at our hotel.

We guarantee a 100% money refund if you face any water scarcity during your stay.
